Our head office

Our Head Office teams are the ones who ensure the rest of the business can give our customers great service. We’re based in Bridgwater in Somerset on the banks of the River Parrett and close to Junction 23 of the M5 motorway. As the business continues to grow at a fantastic pace, every one of our Head Office teams is changing to support that growth and make sure everything keeps running smoothly.

Join us and you’ll find a lively, fun environment where you’ll be encouraged to make decisions, think for yourself and improve your skills to build the career you want. What’s more, you’ll be joining us at a fantastic time, as we aim to double our business in the next five years. As our Head Office teams continue to expand to support the growth of the business, we’re looking at a Head Office re-design to ensure we can continue our expansion in a space people love to be.

Living in the Southwest

Welcome to Somerset. Bridgwater has been our home since we opened our doors here in 2003. The county has a long history steeped in culture, music and art - seen everywhere from the beautiful Georgian city of Bath, Glastonbury Festival, to hip and cool Bruton, where you can find the internationally acclaimed Hauser & Wirth Gallery and the nearby Emily Estate.

We're proud to call the Southwest home. And we're attracting more and more people who want a cosmopolitan lifestyle but without the hectic (and expensive) pace of London life. Imagine a commute where you get to drive through glorious British countryside, past rolling hills and through quaint villages. That's the reality for many of our people.

Bridgwater itself enjoys excellent transport links. The cities of Bristol, Bath and Exeter are all under an hour's drive away, with the large towns of Taunton, Yeovil and Wells even closer. If you're looking for creative inspiration, you don't have to look too far. London too is easily accessible by rail. More than that, Bridgwater is a great gateway to the glorious Southwest. And as well as being surrounded by picturesque countryside and rural tranquillity, you're a short hop from the two coastlines of Devon and Dorset.

If you relocate to join us, you certainly won't be alone. You'll be joining people who have left behind London, Manchester and Northampton, among other places, for Somerset. And there have been cases where we have provided support in their move to the Southwest. Here, you get the best of both worlds - you don't have to choose between personal and professional. You can have the highest quality of work, the professional challenge you crave, all the career development opportunities you could wish for. And the lifestyle many Londoners can only dream of.
