You’ll be joining a rapidly expanding company with new stores opening on a monthly basis. You will be responsible for driving your region to success, identifying new opportunities and delivering business objectives to continue the success of Toolstation.
Day-to-day
Motivating. Leading and motivating your team in an environment that is fun will create a region that is a great place to work. Acting as an inspirational leader you will encourage others towards success and utilise their unique skills so that Toolstation continues to be a place to build their career.
Collaborating. From sharing new ideas and best practice to improve footfall and sales, to covering other regions in times of absence to working with other departments such as Recruiting, collaboration is key to ensure smooth running of your region.
Managing. Effectively manage stores to deliver top line results and profitability. Maintain consistency and compliance of all operating procedures in store including health and safety, security, cash, stock integrity and shop floor and warehouse presentation.
Developing. Engage your team at all levels to create an environment where staff development takes place, any training needs or developmental issues are identified and resolved and ensure that PDPs are tailored to ensure retention within the business.
