What you'll do

You'll play a crucial role in our DC assisting the Operations Manager in the everyday running and leadership of the Distribution Centre which is a whopping 250,000sq ft, working effectively with the Shift Managers to maintain a unified operation.


Communicating. Ensure that health and safety guidelines are adhered to and working effectively alongside the Shift Manager and Teal Leaders to maintain a safe working environment.

Operational. Identifying opportunities in current processes, procedures and systems as well as highlighting potential risks to the operation and formulate ideas to reduce risk. 

Planning. Implementing solutions to new objectives and directives, using forecasts to be able to effectively meet the demands of the business moving forward.

Team. Review of workload and capacities within teams, actively looking to improve and drive KPI's and targets.

What you'll bring

Experience. Large scale logistics and inventory are your thing with sound knowledge and experience of warehouse/distribution centre operations


Leadership. You're a natural leader. You lead your team though motivating and developing others in order to achieve high performance. Proven experience shows that you can successfully manage a large multi-functional workforce.


Organised. You're results driven and have a comprehensive understanding of the business priorities. You plan effectively whilst monitoring progress towards achievement of plans and take initiative to investigate any potential roadblocks. You are able to think fast and develop contingency plans in order to keep the momentum going.

Relationship building and communication skills. Good Energy, positive and highly motivated; you've got a strong track record of building relationships with stakeholders, while remaining productive and reaching the end goal.  

Problem solving. You thrive in rapidly changing situations, deal well with ambiguity and make decisions on incomplete information. You are able to drive change and innovation, constantly pursuing opportunities for improvement.
