We’re offering a number of permanent Full Time (40hrs) Customer Service Representatives contracts. Our Contact Centre is open Mon- Fri 7am-8pm, Sat 7am-7pm, Sun 9am-5pm Your contract will include some element of weekend and evening working. Our Contact Centre is based in Bridgwater, but we also require the ability to work from home.
If you're successful at application stage we'll invite you to a 15 minute phone interview, the next step after that if you're successful would be a 30 minute vidoe interview via Google Meet .
You’ll be the voice of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression and going above and beyond to make our customers happy. This isn’t your average call centre role, there’s no script to follow, so it’s more about asking the right questions and finding answers quickly and efficiently. If they’re not happy, it’ll be up to you to get things back on track! But if you take real pride in what you do, our customers will notice and love us all the more for it.
Day-to-day
Delivering great service. Providing a great customer experience with a smile on your face (or voice!) – no matter how busy you are.
Asking questions and building relationships. Reading conversations quickly and effectively - making sure our customers leave the call, email or chat happy and with everything that they need for the job.
Being resilient. Effectively handling multiple contacts – from general enquiries to customer complaints, you need to be ready to deal with it all.
Multi-skilled. We are a Multi Channel contact centre, so part of your role may be to assist our customers via email, social media and also webchat.
