What you'll do
Playing a key role in the future success of our business, you will work alongside the Business Analytics team, you’ll be responsible for providing the data, analysis and recommendations to enable optimised data driven CRM marketing programme.


Analysing. Drawing from large data sets, you’ll analyse a range of information from multiple sources. Use different analytical skills and styles to improve marketing efficiencies, add value to the CRM teams efforts and increase profitability.

Modelling. Develop attribution modelling to understand past purchasing behaviours, predict trends amongst our customers and to understand the impact of the CRM programme and value of Toolstation’s customer base.

Informing. Be the expert in a data driven market. Inform all direct marketing activity and customer life-cycle activity to drive sales and loyalty amongst our customers.

Creating. Create and maintain dashboards that provide actionable insight into the ROI and effectiveness of campaigns.
What you'll bring
Analytical and Data Driven Mindset. You have proven experience of direct marketing and customer database analysis. You can analyse data from a variety of sources, able to spot trends and use this to inform commercial strategy.

Technical Expertise. You will be analysing large sets of data, so it goes without saying that you are an advanced user of Excel. Knowledge of ESP reporting tools and Google Big Query experience is desirable.

Customer Focus. The customer is at the forefront of everything we do and you’’ share the passion with us.. From proactively seeking customer feedback to improving the customer lifecycle to increasing loyalty.

Detail Orientated. This role is incredibly busy! This means you’ll need to remain aware and take care of details that are easily overlooked. Understand both your own, the teams, and the businesses priorities to effectively deliver the CRM data driven marketing priorities.
