As an experienced eCommerce Merchandiser, you’ll optimise revenue through toolstation.com for specified top performing product categories; driving sales growth and analysing performance. As one of Europe’s fastest growing retailers that has experienced unprecedented channel shift online this is a unique opportunity for a seasoned eCommerce Merchandiser to plan & execute effective ecommerce merchandising campaigns across the website; delivering revenue growth in line with our strong ambitions and as part of a wider digital transformation.
Day-to-day
Delivering. Using your strong understanding of the Toolstation brand, its customers and the specified range, you’ll build a strong relationship with the relevant category buying team to support you in delivering the strong revenue growth ambitions in place.
Analysing. Maximising product positioning and availability by looking at the sales data, providing insights to the business to improve our product offering. Using Sale and web metrics to enhance products and categories, highlighting online shopping trends and top sellers to the buying team.
Planning. Making sure all content updates for your categories are on time to allow for the catalogue launch and during the catalogue cycle. Planning the merchandising campaigns for relevant categories working with the marketing and buying team to ensure they align with trading plans and objectives.
Leading. Coaching, mentoring and developing your Junior Merchandiser to be the best version of them.
