What you'll do

Whether you are creating or adapting reports, scrutinising data to spot trends, taking ownership of projects or making recommendations to senior board members you will be providing important business finance analytics to Supply Chain, IT and Marketing teams in a rapidly expanding business.


Improving. Continuously looking to challenge, adapt, drive actionable insights and recommend improvements in aspects of reporting and analysis to reduce time spent on data production and increase time on data analysis.

Forecasting. Understand the trends and drivers of the business as well as working alongside other teams to develop, create and analyse purchasing forecasts to improve their accuracy to drive business performance.

Planning. Take ownership of small-scale projects to improve reporting processes and investigate performance variances as well as supporting in finance led planning such as the delivery of the 5 Year Plan.

Recommending. Create and produce daily, weekly and monthly performance KPIs that provide core financial statistics to the division, using data to propose recommendations to support operational decision making.

What you'll bring

Analysis and Problem Solving. You analyse data to develop a conceptual understanding the meaning of a range of information, anticipate problems and their impacts and weigh up alternative to arrive and reasonable decisions.

Ability. You’re a whizz when it comes to data manipulation and can translate even the heaviest spreadsheets into a usable format for stakeholders, so it goes without saying that you’re advanced in MS Excel.

Communication. Whether it’s speaking to an individual, presenting to a group or disseminating updates through written reports, your ability to communicate will be excellent. You will be clear, articulate and adapt your style to ensure technical and non-technical colleagues understand complex information. 

Drive and Passion. This will be a busy role in a rapidly growing business. You will always be looking to learn and develop existing and new skills. You will be an active and supportive member of the team, doing what you love and help drive the business towards success.
