MHE Trainer

You don’t need to be a roofer. Just be prepared to step up when necessary.

What you'll do

You will be working on a 22:00-06:00 5 in 7 fixed shift basis (although currently Sun - Thurs) with the flexibility to work other shifts as and when required.

You will deliver all MHE training in a safe and productive manner. facilitating training sessions conducive with availability around DC workloads and volumes, co-ordinating with Team Leaders and other stakeholders.

Day-to-day

Deliver MHE training in a safe and productive manner.

Schedule training and refresher training at convenient times liaising with Team Leaders and other stakeholders.

Complete all associated paperwork, raise certificates and update employee MHE training records.

Monitor and report truck faults to MHE provider and management.

What you'll bring

Relevant technical knowledge, professional skills and experience and a forklift truck training licence.

Interpersonal skills to clearly and confidently provide instruction.

Planning and organisation skills to timetable training needs.

Energy and positive motivation

Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
