Hybrid working with regular travel to Bridgwater, Somerset


Fed up of your CRM work not being taken seriously?  We have a brilliant opportunity for a specialist in data driven, multi-channel campaigns to help drive our digital transformation across the Travis Perkins Group.  So if you are currently working as a CRM Manager, Direct Campaign Manager or Customer Insight/CRM Manager and up for the challenge of working in a terrific culture where you can make a big impact, you found the right place. 


You’ll lead the delivery of direct marketing, quickly grasping Toolstations significant and fast growing customer base with a particular focus on our core Trade Customers.


Lead the  Direct Marketing strategy, driving lifetime value for customers through targeted communications and the customer journey.

Evaluate. Your plans and execution will be data driven and  insightful and you will ensure we continually measure and refine through technology and data driven acquisition and retention strategies.  

Collaborate  with the wider marketing team, customer insight and the group to inform, support and transform our thinking. 

Deliver. Your expertise, your insight and your engaging communications will ensure we get the job done in a fast paced, ever changing world.
