What you'll do

Our Contact Centre is the voice of Toolstation, and our team makes a fantastic first impression, going above and beyond to make our customers happy. It’ll be up to you to identify, manage and co-ordinate the training needs of the Contact Centre, ensuring a balance is achieved between reactive needs and proactive insight lead development.

Day-to-day

Leading. Our Quality Assessor team ensure we continue to deliver an amazing service. You’ll lead this team, ensuring they are delivering effective feedback to Team Managers and agents to drive a continuous improvement ethos.

Building great foundations. From delivering Recruitment assessment centres, ensuring we’re selecting the very best. To on-boarding and inducting our new starters into the Contact Centre, giving them the very best start, making sure we set them up for success.

Developing. You’ll be identifying, creating and developing new training and development content for the Contact Centre, ensuring both new joiners and existing team members are continuously developed resulting in consistency and a customer first culture.

What you'll bring

Experience. You’re at home training and coaching team members of all levels of experience, and you’re well versed adapting your training methods to best suit an individuals or groups leaning style.

Engagement. You’re people focused and create an enjoyable learning environment, you love making customers happy and work to promote the businesses brand and values in everything you deliver.

Organisation. You plan effectively, whilst making sure that you’re able to adapt your plans to suit the needs of the business. You’ve got the ability to multi-task and keep calm under pressure.
