What you'll do

If you’re interested in a career in IT this is the job for you! You’ll be supporting a broad range of hardware and software across a wide user base from offices, distribution centres and retail environments, you’ll be the interface between the end users and the Service Desk.

Day to Day

Stepping up. Acting as first point of contact for any issues or tickets raised via phone or email. Providing clear updates to the user every step of the way.

Delivering great service. Working to SLA’s you’ll ensure the team deliver support requests on time and in full. You’ll set the tone of providing a great customer experience to all Toolstation colleagues and no matter how busy you are, you’ll do it with a smile.

Decision Making. Making sure we are raising those tricky requests to 2nd or 3rd line support

Problem Solving. You will work with the rest of the team to resolve any immediate IT problems from repairs to troubleshooting

Attention to detail. Logging all tickets and updates accurately using our IT Service Desk.

What you'll bring

Communication. You communicate clearly, confidently and articulately, making sure you show conviction to any audience.

Technical. You’re passionate about IT and know your way around a computer yet, still keen to learn new skills and develop personally.
