Our Contact Centre
Our Contact Centre in Bridgwater, Somerset, is at the sharp end of our business, making sure that our customers get the very best service every time they contact us. In our contact centre, we handle around 18,000 phone calls a week from customers across the UK, as well as answering questions by email and on social media. And as Toolstation continues to grow so fast, we’ll be dealing with more and more customers each year. As we open more branches and serve more customers around the country, it’s a place where you can learn a lot about our business and start a successful career.
Join us and you’ll most likely start on the phones, taking orders from customers, helping them to chase an order up or answering their questions. We don’t run a 24-hour contact centre, but we do work longer hours than a typical office, so you’ll be working shifts. You’ll find it’s a relaxed, friendly place to work, where you’ll have a target to meet, but you’ll also have plenty of support to help you achieve it.

Welcome to Somerset. Bridgwater has been our home since we opened our doors here in 2003. The county has a long history steeped in culture, music and art - seen everywhere from the beautiful Georgian city of Bath, Glastonbury Festival, to hip and cool Bruton, where you can find the internationally acclaimed Hauser & Wirth Gallery and the nearby Emily Estate.
Bridgwater itself enjoys excellent transport links. The cities of Bristol, Bath and Exeter are all under an hour's drive away, with the large towns of Taunton, Yeovil and Wells even closer. If you're looking for creative inspiration, you don't have to look too far. London too is easily accessible by rail. More than that, Bridgwater is a great gateway to the glorious Southwest. And as well as being surrounded by picturesque countryside and rural tranquillity, you're a short hop from the two coastlines of Devon and Dorset.
